AZCLOUD is the first cloud provider in the Azerbaijan and South Caucasus region to have a TIER III, ISO 20000, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 certified Data Center. It was put into operation by AzInTelecom LLC in December 2016. AzInTelecom LLC operates under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Availability Zones
The unique physical locations within the AZCLOUD Region is known as Availability Zone. Each AZCLOUD Availability Zone consists of a data center equipped with dedicated power, network and cooling systems. The presence of more than one availability zone in the AZCLOUD area ensures safer and more reliable services. AZCLOUD provides 99.98% reliability for VMs in each availability zone.

AZCLOUD Availability Zone consists of a data center equipped with special power, network and cooling systems.

AZCLOUD Availability Zones were built by a Germany's international company and successfully tested by the Uptime Institute. AZZCLOUD Availability Zones are TIER III International certified. Additonally, ISO 20000 for IT services and management, ISO 22301 for business sustainability management and ISO 27001 for information security certificates are given to AZCLOUD.

TIER III STANDARD
The main features of the Tier III category, developed by the Uptime Institute of the United States, include the parallel operation of engineering subsystems, backup cooling system, backup power supply system, backup telecommunications infrastructure.
ISO/IEC 20000 Standard
ISO/IEC 20000 is the international standard specifically for IT Service Management.
ISO/IEC 27001 STANDARD
ISO/IEC 27001 is intended for development of information security management system of an organization. The main objective to make information system of an organization more transparent for management, to reveal the main security threats for business processes, develop recommendations for protection against the threats and shortcomings found in the security system and management.
ISO 22301:2012 STANDARD
Biznesin Davamlılığı İdarəetmə Sistemi standartı üzrə sertifikata (ISO 22301:2012) sertifikat “AzInTelecom” və onun data mərkəzi əsasında xidmət göstərən “Azcloud” bulud həllərinin əlverişsiz şəraitdə də fəaliyyətini davam etdirməsinin mümkünlüyünü təsdiq edir. Belə ki, bu növ sertifikat, işində xətalardan müdafiənin, eləcə də onların yaranma ehtimalının azaldılması və bərpası üçün şəraitin təmin edilməsinə dair tələblərə cavab verən şirkətlərə təqdim olunur.
